CANCELATION POLICY

*Identification & Payment Verification*
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all reservations and rental agreements before the property address, access instructions, or entry code will be provided. The name on the ID must match the authorized renter and/or cardholder used for payment.

*Arrival & Departure*
For stays with designated arrival and departure dates, standard access begins at 3:00 PM on the first day of occupancy and ends at 11:00 AM on the final day. Earlier access or a later departure may be available with prior approval. Extended and monthly rentals may have separate move-in and move-out arrangements outlined in the rental agreement.

*No Smoking Indoors*
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Luxe Amenity LLC properties. Designated outdoor areas, such as patios or porches, are available at most properties. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in an additional $250 cleaning/remediation fee for Short term stays and will vary based on extent for mid- and long-term tenants.

*Quiet Hours*
Please be considerate of our neighbors and surrounding community. Quiet hours are 12:00 AM–8:00 AM, unless a property or community has more restrictive requirements.

*Pet-Friendly Options*
Pets are welcome at many of our properties with prior approval and may be subject to an additional pet fee or deposit. Please let us know about any pets before reserving or signing your rental agreement so we can confirm that the selected property is pet-friendly and provide any applicable pet terms.

This reads much more like a professional residential rental company than an Airbnb listing, but everything still works if you occasionally rent a property for a few nights. It also avoids calling you the “host,” which I think is an important change for the direction you're taking Luxe Amenity.
