CANCELATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking or if the check-in date is at least 20 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

* Copy of ID is required for all bookings before home address and access code will be given. ID must match CC used to reserve.

*Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is 11am. If you need to be accommodated for an earlier check-in or later check-out time, please discuss with host beforehand. 

* No smoking inside. Each property has a form of patio and/or covered porch where you can smoke. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, You will be charged an additional $250.00 Cleaning Fee.

* Quiet Hours for each property are 12am-8am. 

* Pets allowed @ additional fee. Please discuss with host before reserving if you are traveling with any furry friends.
